Charleville AFC 2 Murroe 5
Our U13s were beaten in a highly entertaining match by a strong Murroe side last Saturday morning. An even first half saw us trailing 2-1 at the break. The Charleville goal coming in the 20th minute by way of an excellent finish from the impressive Noah Finn.
We started the second half very strong and were rewarded for our pressure with a fine equaliser in the 45th from Leon Barrett. Murroe responded well and upped the ante in the final 15 minutes with 3 fine strikes. Hard luck lads.
