On Sunday 27th February our Ladies team entertain Herberstown in the 1st round of the Womens Munster Cup.
This is the first time this competition has been run in over 10 years, and Charleville’s inclusion in this competition shows how far the team has progressed in the last number of years.
Best of luck to the Ladies and management in their quest in the Munster Cup, kick off is at 3.15pm.
The following weekend our Ladies make the journey to Galway to play Galway Premier side Corrib Rangers in the 1st round of the FAI Intermediate cup. This will be a strong challenge against one of the top ranked Galway Women’s teams league. Charleville have previous involvement in this competition pre-covid times when they beat Moyross convincingly, and lost in a narrow defeat by Lifford Celtic. This will provide a great test for the Ladies but a challenge they will be looking forward to and another competition to try and impliment there mark on.
