On Sunday last our U13 Premier League Girls squad travelled to Mungret Regional for their 6th league game of the season.
Played in heavy ground conditions the first 15 minutes of the game was a tight nervy affair with both teams enjoying good spells of play. However, Leah Ryan opened the scoring for us after 20 minutes and this goal settled us down and we began to dominate. Into the 2nd half goals from Faye Ronan, Roisin Walsh, and Chloe O’ Connor settled the match in our favour.
In all another outstanding display by all girls in the squad who once again all contributed to this win. Four wins on the bounce from this group as they top the table at this point in the league.
