Last Saturday we made the long journey down to Killorglin. On a beautiful day for soccer the boys started well considering the long drive they had to get to the match. We had a couple of half chances but Killorglin defended well and their keeper made some fine saves. Against the run of play Killorglin scored and from then on as Jose Mourinho would do they parked the bus.
Our lads found it hard to break through but they tried to the very end and gave it everything. Even though we are knocked out of the cup we had a great run and we are very proud of the lads.
We can now concentrate fully on the remaining games in the league. Just want to to say a big thanks to Killorglin for their welcome and hospitality and also looking after our boys after the game with refreshments
