Charleville AFC v Murroe Afc
Last Saturday morning, Charleville U13s got off to a glorious start in their pursuit of National honours Charleville started brightly and were pressing up high not allowing Murroe to pass out easily from defense; they dominated from an early period and showed much improvement in their game performance. Early on, Charleville took control and were much more dominant with the defense of Mark Power, Aidan Liddy, Tristan Hickey and Brian Nagy very resilient and in control along with goalkeepers Senan Hanrahan(Josh O’Gorman)
In midfield, Nathaniel Jamie O’Toole, Cormac Bresnan and Ross Lenihan were combining well and using the entire width of field allowing space for the central midfielders to be creative
Up front Xavier Nelligan, Gary McAuliffe, Donal Forde and Brian Nooan always looked menacing and it was just reward in the end with a tremendous 11-1 victory
